Wear it, air it, and love it!

Our sweater Ulrik is knitted with love in Sweden and has extra good functional and durable properties. Perfect for everyday wear or as a functional first layer for your adventures!

NATURE'S OWN FUNCTIONAL MATERIAL

Ulrik is soft and comfortable, thanks to its extra soft material and flatlock seams. The material is a blend of 40% Tencel® Lyocell and 60% merino wool. It helps to regulate your temperature, keeping you cool when you're hot and warm when it's cold. Tencel® Lyocell gives a durable material, while the wool effectively transports moisture and prevents bad odours. Ulrik does not require washing very often; simply airing it is usually sufficient to keep it fresh.

KNITTED IN SWEDEN

Just a short distance from our headquarters is Marbäcks Tricot. Since 1965, they have been knitting garments and are the experts in sustainable and high-quality production of jersey garments, as well as functional garments in wool blends. Fabric preparation is also done in Marbäck. This allows us to oversee every step of the production process and ensure the highest quality.

BIODEGRADABLE

Choosing the right materials when creating our garments is a big part of our dedicated and persistent pursuit of sustainability. Ulrik is made in completely organic material and is therefore also biodegradable. The Tencel® Lyocell fibre is made from cellulose and we use an eco-labelled fibre from Austria. The wool is mulesing-free merino wool from Australia and South Africa and is softer than regular merino wool. It is certified according to the RWS, Responsible Wool Standard.

About Holebrook Sweden

Holebrook is a Swedish brand with a focus on knitted clothing. We were born on the Swedish west coast and our first collection was knitted sweaters with a windproof elastic lining. Today, more than twenty years later, they are still part of our collection. Sustainability is part of our DNA, it’s reflected in our business model and in our brand strategy. Our down-to-earth approach to sustainability is based on wool, cotton, mohair and alpaca. Natural materials that do not need to be washed as often, which prolongs the life of the garments and reduces their impact on the environment. Our clothes are timeless and made for the seasons, not the trends. All our clothes are made in Europe by suppliers who share our strive and commitment to quality and sustainability.
