All measurements are taken directly on the body. Use a tape measure, place the tape measure loosely around each body part and remember to only wear underwear when measuring. 

Then use the size chart below to find your size.

B. Measure your waist at the narrowest point.

C. Measure the fullest part of your hips.

D. Inside leg is measured from the top of your inside leg down to the floor.
