Sometimes a journey forward begins with looking back. That was our starting point when we began designing our new windproof collection. We made a conscious decision to return to where it all began, the Swedish west coast. We opened our archives and revisited the patterns and structures created in the early days of the Holebrook journey. It became a walk through memories, but also a quiet reminder of what has always defined us. A clear heritage. A strong DNA. And above all, a deep love for knitted sweaters - made for thoose who would rather put on a sweater than head indoors. Even when the wind was relentless.

From the beginning, our sweaters were more than garments. Knitted patterns combined with a windproof lining, created from pure passion - pieces that not only shielded from the wind, but offered lasting comfort. Carefully selected materials made them durable for decades. And they still do.

The Spring/Summer 2026 windproof collection brings this heritage back to life. Familiar patterns and timeless structures return, reinterpreted in new sweaters and updated designs. A quiet dialogue between past and present and a reminder that true craftsmanship never loses its relevance.

Looking back filled us with both pride and reassurance, but also reminded us of something that still guides us - a quiet sense of freedom. In a world shaped by screens and constant impressions, we find our inspiration elsewhere. In the wind, in the changing seasons, and in time spent outdoors, where thoughts move freely and ideas take shape in the open air. Conversations that unfold naturally. Shared laughter carried by the wind. Because these things will always matter more.

This feeling lives within everything we do, and within our philosophy, MIND IN OPEN AIR - a reminder that life is richer beneath open skies.

OUR STORY

We were born on the Swedish west coast, where the ever-changing weather of the Kattegat is a constant presence. For more than twenty years, the wind, the sea, and the shifting seasons have remained our source of inspiration in the creation of our knitwear. Knitting is more than a tradition to us - it is our craft and our passion. We don’t chase trends. Instead, we believe in a future built on slow, thoughtful fashion. Our ambition is to create garments that are truly valued and worn for decades. All our garments are produced in Europe and are available across 13 markets worldwide -bringing Scandinavian craftsmanship and enduring design to our customers around the globe.
