1. Introduction

We, SEA Trikå AB/Holebrook, reg. Nr 556383-6146, (“Holebrook”, “we” or “us”) use cookies on our website holebrook.com (“website”). Our Website is an e-commerce platform developed and run by Viskan. You will find all the relevant cookie information in this policy; what cookies are and what they are used for. We will also provide you with the choices you can make regarding the cookies at our website.

To optimise our marketing and to give you the best experience we also use pixel tags, which enable third parties to place cookies on the Website. A pixel is a technique that collects information about the visitor's use of the Website, and uses it as a complement to cookies.

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that is stored on your device (computer, mobile, tablet) with information when you visit the Website. It’s in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference or login information. There are temporary cookies and persistent cookies. Temporary cookies (also called session cookies) are saved on your device until you close the web browser. Persistent cookies are stored with an end date and when this date has passed the cookie is deleted. Cookies can be “first party” or “third party”. First party cookies are placed on the Website by Holebrook whereas third party cookies are placed on the Website by someone other than us at Holebrook.

Cookies are segmented into four categories:

Necessary cookies – these cookies are used and important for the function of the Website.

Preference cookies – with these cookies the website can save a visitor’s preferences in relation to e.g. language, currency or from where the user is visiting from.

Analytical cookies – these types of cookies are used to analyze how you as a visitor use the Website, for example what parts of the Website you are visiting or where you click, in order to improve the design and function of the Website.

Marketing cookies – these cookies are used to track you as a visitor and your use of the Website. The information we collect is used for marketing purposes. For example, by knowing what products you have previously looked at we can refine our marketing in a way which we think would be more interesting for you.

3. Cookie-preferences and consent

Before we can place a cookie on the Website, we must get your consent. Therefore, when you visit the Website from a device for the first time you will be asked to manage your cookie-preferences in our so-called cookie-banner. Your choices will be saved and only the cookies to which you have given your consent will be placed on the Website. Your preference-settings are saved for one (1) year. You can change your cookie-preferences at any time.

We do not need your consent for placing necessary cookies. Necessary cookies are cookies that are essential for the functioning of the Website. Please note that your chosen preferences will only relate to the device you are using at the time. Should you use another device for visiting the Website, you must manage your cookie-preferences for that specific device.

If you do not want to allow storing of cookies on your device this can also normally be disabled partly or fully in your browser settings function. In some web browsers you can for example block all cookies, allow only first party cookies, or delete cookies. You can also delete previously stored cookies in your web browser. Please be aware that if you choose to delete or block necessary cookies it may result in the Website and our services not working properly.

See your consent here.

4. Personal data & Privacy Policy

Our use of cookies may lead to the processing of personal data. By giving us your consent for the use of cookies we may therefore get access to personal data regarding you. For example, if you choose to give your consent to cookies we might save an address that you have provided in relation to an earlier purchase to simplify your next purchase. This would amount to processing of personal data.

Should the information gathered from our use of cookies contain personal data, we will only process such data in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other legal or regulatory reasons. About Holebrook Sweden

Holebrook is a Swedish brand with a focus on knitted clothing. We were born on the Swedish west coast and our first collection was knitted sweaters with a windproof elastic lining. Today, more than twenty years later, they are still part of our collection. Sustainability is part of our DNA, it’s reflected in our business model and in our brand strategy. Our down-to-earth approach to sustainability is based on wool, cotton, mohair and alpaca. Natural materials that do not need to be washed as often, which prolongs the life of the garments and reduces their impact on the environment. Our clothes are timeless and made for the seasons, not the trends. All our clothes are made in Europe by suppliers who share our strive and commitment to quality and sustainability.
