We are not responsible for the content of such websites. All attempts at theft or fraud from SEA Trikå AB’s (Holebrook) online store will be reported to the police. SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. We are committed to displaying products clearly and accurately. Methods of Delivery

All packages are delivered using UPS. Delivery times are usually 2-5 working days, provided that goods are in stock. In the event of a delay (i.e. a delivery time in excess of two weeks), the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost. Once the package is ready for delivery, UPS will contact you using the mobile number provided during the order process in order to agree a delivery time. If the delivery is delayed, please contact onlinestore@holebrook.com. SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) is not liable for any consequences of delayed delivery.


Shipping

Holebrook.com charges a shipping fee for sending packages outside of Sweden. Any return shipping must be paid by the customer.


Price List VAT – Non-EU Countries

Packages that are delivered to countries outside the EU will be subject to customs charge and VAT on the goods purchased. SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) is not liable for these costs. These must be paid by you as the customer.


Undelivered Packages

UPS will contact you up to three times to agree on a delivery time for your package. The package will be held by UPS for 14 days and then returned to SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook). Undelivered packages returned to SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) will result in a fee of EUR 20 being charged to the customer for shipping and expenses. This fee will be charged to the same method of payment used during the purchase. If you change your mind after the package is dispatched, you must collect the parcel from your collection point and send it back to us. It will otherwise be deemed undelivered and the fee charged automatically.


Shipping Damage

We are liable for any damage caused during shipping, i.e. the risk that the foods are damaged or lost during shipping from our warehouse to you. You are liable for this risk in the event that you make a return to us.


Cooling Off Period and Returns

As a consumer, you are always entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days when ordering via www.holebrook.com. This cooling off period begins from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods should be unused and in new condition, as well as returned with all labels and markings in its original packaging. However, you are entitled to open the packaging and try the product. SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) reserves the right to make deductions for loss of value if you have used the product more than is necessary in order to test the properties and functionality of the product. Following a return, we will check whether the product has been used in this way. Deductions will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on what type of product you have purchase and what reduction in value has occurred due to its use. The cooling off period does not apply to purchases relating to any business activities you conduct.


In order to exercise your rights under the cooling off period, the product must be returned by post to SEA Trikå AB’s (Holebrook) warehouse, Holebrook Storgatan 69, 523 31 Ulricehamn. The delivery note should be included or shown as proof that you purchased the product from SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook). You are liable for the cost of returning products and retain liability for them until they reach SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook). When exercising your right of return during the cooling off period, you should use the returns form included with your order. When making a return/exchange, the original delivery note/online receipt that accompanied the delivery should be included.


If you exercise your right of return during the cooling off period, you will receive a refund to the same method of payment you made your purchase with within 14 days of the returned goods being received.


Returns/Exchanges

Products bought via SEA Trikå AB’s (Holebrook) online store may be returned to the warehouse. If you return you whole order and nothing is damaged, we will refund the full sum to you, less the original shipping cost. Payment will be credited back to the same method of payment used during purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you have used the product more than is necessary, you are liable for the reduction in value resulting from use of the product. The costs of return shipping will not be refunded.


Claims

If the product is broken or faulty upon receipt, you are entitled to make a claim in accordance with the applicable Distance Selling Act. SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) undertakes to rectify the fault within the claim period at no extra charge through providing a new product, or paying the purchase price (including any additional costs) to you, the customer. If you discover that the product is broken or faulty, you should contact Customer Services as soon as possible following this discovery. If SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) notes that the product was broken or faulty upon receipt by you, and you prefer a refund, you will receive the purchase sum back to the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase or alternatively you will be provided with a new product. Refunds will be made within 30 days of SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) receiving the product and noting that it was broken or faulty upon your receipt of it.

Force majeure

Force majeure refers to strikes, staff illness, disruption to transport or import/export bans on SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) or our suppliers. In the event of force majeure, SEA Trikå AB’s (Holebrook) obligations are deferred. If force majeure lasts for longer than 2 months, both you and SEA Trikå AB (Holebrook) are entitled to terminate the agreement without any liability for payment of damages.
