Viscose

Viscose is a semi-synthetic material made from cellulose. Converting cellulose into viscose involves a chemical treatment, but the end result is a material that combines many of the best properties of both natural and synthetic fibres.


All our viscose is FSC certified, which means that the wood pulp used to make the viscose comes from sustainable sources. Our viscose is also Oeko-Tex® certified, which means that the limits for hazardous chemicals are not exceeded in a finished garment.

Holebrook is a Swedish brand with a focus on knitted clothing. We were born on the Swedish west coast and our first collection was knitted sweaters with a windproof elastic lining. Today, more than twenty years later, they are still part of our collection. Sustainability is part of our DNA, it’s reflected in our business model and in our brand strategy.
